Starting out at as a humble meat locker in Stony Plain, AB in 1946, North Central Co-op now has 30 locations, serves seven communities, and has over 100,000 members in and around Edmonton. While everyone is welcome to shop at North Central Co-op, member-owners share in their profits. In the past 5 years, North Central Co-op allocated just over $12 million in equity to its members and also made considerable capital investments in the community.
