Each rib truck has a different menu when it comes to sides and combos, but the following menu lists the main items and their costs. Rib trucks take cash, credit, or debit.

The Boss's Feast (Feeds 2): 1/2 Rack Pork, 1/4 Chicken, 6oz Pulled Pork, Beans & Slaw - $45
Half Rack Special: 1/2 Rack Pork Ribs & Bottle of Sauce - $25
Inflation Vacation: 1/3 Rack Pork Ribs, Beans & Slaw or Cornbread - $16
Half & Half: Half Rack Beef Ribs & Half Rack Pork Ribs - $50
Family Special (Feeds 4): Full Rack Pork Ribs, 1/2 Chicken, 6oz Pulled Pork, 2 Beans & 2 Slaw - $70
Meat Mountain (Feeds 10): Full Rack Pork Ribs, Full Rack Beef Ribs, Whole Chicken, 1lb Pulled Pork - $150
